Time for the Sales Guy to jump into the blog, and my first post concerns…..

CUSTOMER SUPPORT!


Sales is going to discuss Customer Support. Sales and Support here at PrebuiltML get along together. There is a simple reason for this – Sales will not promise what we don’t offer and Support is outstanding in what they do. 


Customer Support is more than knowledge and ability. Customer Support is an attitude.

There must be a desire to work with our Customers and a willingness to listen before responding. Believing that the Customer is someone who not just pays for our product but is a contributor to our success is a part of the mindset.

I have watched our Support team walk through answers over the phone, via email and online. I am always gratified to see them relate so well to the customers and work so hard to assist them with their questions. For those who have not yet had the opportunity to meet our team I will say that we believe that the best Customers are those who trust us – and we are in control of earning and keeping that trust.

Here is one story from our Support files:

A new user needed a lot of help getting going. He had been out of the takeoff game for a while and was starting up re-learning the process while simultaneously learning a new piece of software. For a couple of months he would call every day (sometimes 2 or 3 times a day) with questions and concerns. Our Support team always worked with him, encouraged him and supported him. Finally the calls tapered off as he became proficient with PrebuiltML X. Then came a period of a couple of weeks when we didn’t hear from him at all. One day our Support Lead answers the phone and there he was. Funny thing is he didn’t have any questions since he was flying through his takeoffs. He called to say “Hi” and check in on us – it seems he missed us.

Now that, my friends, is a good reference.
