In this edition of “Tip of the Week”:
Would you like to give your customer a picture of where exactly a product is being used in the project?
You can add images to your materials lists that show clearly where a particular item should be used.
Here’s how you do it:
1. Go to the Profile/General tab and check the “Append Detail Glossary” box as shown below.
2. Now go to File/View List, and select the type of Itemized List you want. Only Itemized Lists will show the Detail Glossary.
3. Notice a Detail number is now present next to the Product Application.
4. Scroll down below on the material list to see the Detail Glossary. Note the corresponding Detail #6 showing the gable nailer.
