In this edition of “Tip of the Week”:
After scaling your pages, have you ever wanted to show scale in the Pages List?
During a takeoff, many times there will be several pages scaled differently. How does the user know what the page has been scaled to? This and more information is available in the right click options that may not be obvious to many users.
How to find or add information to your Pages List:
1. With the Plan Tab open, right click on the “Page Name” to open the lists right click menu. The “Page Name” options window will open. From this window you can select what information will be displayed for all pages in the pages list.
2. In the image below, the Pages List shows what the list looks like with the “Plan Scale” and the “File Location” boxes checked.
An Extra Tip: The image below shows all of the right click options in the Plan Tab’s; Pages, Takeoff Items, Markup Items and Bookmarks Lists.
